Our Click & Collect service allows account customers to choose and pay for products online and then collect them from branch allowing you to spend more time on site getting the job done.
We aim to have your items ready for collection on standard stocked items within two working hours of receiving your order. This is subject to stock availability and opening hours.
Orders made after 3pm will be available for collection in branch from 9am the following working day. Orders can be collected anytime after ordering but will not have been pre-picked if you arrive before the 2 hour window has elapsed.
You will receive an email confirming you have placed your order; this will let you know when your order will be ready to collect. We will also email you and send you a SMS (if a mobile number was provided at the time of ordering) once our branch staff have the order ready for collection.
When collecting your order we need to see a copy of the confirmation email; printed or electronically and a valid form of I.D.; for example, driving license, passport, debit or credit card.
We cannot release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct information needed to verify them.
If your order has not been collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready to collect, a member of branch staff will be in contact.
Please be aware any items that are manufactured to order are non-refundable.
